Afya Rolled Oats

Rolled Oats are the most well-known form of oats. Their flat shape results from being hulled, steamed, and then pressed with steel rollers (hence the name Rolled Oats). Although all oats are hulled, this process does not strip away the bran and germ, allowing rolled oats to retain their exclusive flavour, along with a multitude of nutrients and fibre. They puff up quickly when cooked (5-7 minutes) and are easy to chew and digest.  

Afya Rolled Oats are an excellent source of complex carbohydrates and fibre, and they contain protein too. They’re also a rich source of vitamins and minerals including thiamine, selenium and manganese.
